Customer Service and Marketing Assistant
Job Description
Our team is looking for a female candidate for marketing department at Plus the Edge, with strong communication skills, excellent organizational and listening skills, able to multi-task and is team-player oriented as she will be working closely with the marketing department. The representative has to be fluent in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus).
Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to questions and concerns of customers through social media and phone calls.

Answer incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner.

Apply the proper phone call etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.

Provide accurate responses regarding customers’ concerns though social media or phone calls.

Implement and manage campaigns.

Video content creating, from shooting to production.

Content Creation and Content Management, Creation of posts for the purpose of the digital media. The posts will include videos, images, and designs in the relevant category. For video content, based on need, the specialist needs to introduce and present the company accordingly. Fluency and Communication expertise are a must.

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.

Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video)

Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
